At Nyxarionlychep, we take great pride in the quality of our custom furniture. Because each piece is made to order according to your specific requirements, we have the following return policy:
All custom furniture pieces are made specifically for you based on your chosen dimensions, materials, and finishes. Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. We encourage you to carefully review all design specifications, materials, and measurements during the consultation phase.
If your furniture arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for inspection and, if the claim is valid, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please provide photographs of any damage or defects to expedite the process.
Before we begin production, you will receive detailed drawings and specifications for your approval. Once you approve the design and we begin crafting your furniture, changes cannot be made and the order cannot be cancelled.
If you are not available to receive your furniture on the scheduled delivery date, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Additional delivery fees may apply for rescheduled deliveries.
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you have any concerns about your furniture after installation, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to address any issues and ensure you are happy with your purchase.
